Evonet or treedata object.
- nodes
Nodes that define the clade.
- cladename
Name of the clade.
- tiponly
Should only tips be considered?
- addtotreedata
If TRUE, adds group/clade information to the data table of a treedata object (in the "Clade" column)
- undefinedclades
value used to name undefined clades
